CYRUSHER Ranger 2.0 Electric Bike Installation Tutorial
In this tutorial, you will be guided in detail to complete the installation of the Ranyer 2.0 electric bike. The following are the specific steps:
I. Preparation
Unpacking and placement: Carefully unpack the electric bicycle and place it steadily on an open, flat ground to prevent the vehicle from tipping over during installation.
Accessory inventory: Take out all included accessories, including assembly tools (hexagonal wrenches, etc.), installation instructions, seat, battery, air pump, rearview mirror, charger, headlight, reflector, and pedals. Check carefully whether the accessories are complete. If you find any missing, please contact after-sales service in time.
Remove the protective material: Remove the buckle and foam plastic that wraps the vehicle to prepare for subsequent installation.
II. Installation steps
Step 1: Install the stem and handlebar
Adjust the stem to the appropriate position to ensure comfortable operation and good vision during riding. Use a hexagonal wrench to fix the stem and tighten the four screws in sequence. Pay attention to even force to avoid tilting or loosening the stem.
Continue to use the hexagonal wrench to remove the handlebar bracket. Keep the screws properly during the removal process to prevent loss.
Step 2: Front wheel installation
Use a knife to carefully cut the straps that fix the front wheel and remove the front wheel bracket. Install the front wheel to the corresponding position and tighten the fixing screws with a hexagonal wrench to ensure that the front wheel is firmly installed and rotates smoothly.
Step 3: Headlight installation
Install the headlight to the designated position, tighten the fixing parts with a hexagonal wrench, and connect the front fork shaft line to ensure that the headlight can be powered normally.
Step 4: Pedal and battery installation
Refer to the installation manual to install the pedal. Place the pedal in the correct position, adjust the height, and tighten the fixing screws to ensure that the pedal is firmly installed and will not shake during riding.
Insert the battery, confirm that the battery is installed in place and connected tightly, and prepare for the vehicle to start.
Step 5: Reflector installation
Install the reflector at the designated position and tighten the fixing parts to enhance safety during riding.
