I ride this to work every day now. The fat tires make train tracks and potholes feel small. The hydraulic disc brakes work great in light rain. The bike gets a lot of looks. Very glad I bought this.

Delivered in a sturdy box with good foam padding. No damage. The 20*4.0 tires came inflated but I added a little air. The motor pulls hard up to about 30 mph then levels off which is fine for me.

I was surprised how well this handles for such a heavy bike. The weight is low and centered. The color display is easy to read at night. The hydraulic brakes have good modulation, not just on/off feeling.

Using this for trail riding behind my house. The double shoulder shock absorber soaks up roots and small rocks. The fat tires provide tons of traction on loose dirt. The bike feels very balanced.

The assembly video was helpful. I had the bike rideable in about an hour. The throttle is responsive and the pedal assist is intuitive. The battery meter on the display seems accurate. Very fun bike to ride.
