Ordered on the Thursday and bike delivered the following Monday although the order delivery tracker still said awaiting to despatch! I ordered the hydraulic brake kit but apparently that is sent separately and still not received but promised within 15days.

So on the basis of the main bike I couldn't be happier with the product or the service - truly a quality build and spec (for an absolute bargain price). Only criticism is the lack of decent instructions on the setting up the bike out of the box - whilst fairly intuitive I had a few nuts and bolts left over so not sure if I did it right? The video link is helpful to a point but got there in the end! - Also there is a lot the control panel can do in terms of changing the settings for speed restrictions etc but no clear comprehensive guide. (did find some guides on YouTube but still not very clear). I had a similar ebike to this but felt the c29 is a bit of an upgrade but also it is surprising light - even with the battery attached and this is important to me lifting it into the back of the car and up steps at home. It looks amazing, rides superb and I still can't believe how good a deal I got (I got the discount code too!) Overall this is an excellent bike and for those like me, new to ebikes, is an excellent introduction at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend this bike....plus Gleeride offer better deals than the manufacturer's website! - maybe a better order tracking system but otherwise can't fault Gleeride.

I separately ordered a stem riser from amazon to rise the handlebar up so I can sit in a more upright position and this makes a big difference depending on your physical build / posture so worth considering and easy to swap out the standard stem.

The supplied phone holder is a bit big so I also switched that for a more compact one but these are minor choices - the overall Duotts package is amazing.....you won't regret your purchase.
